ALL THAT WAS LEFT WAS DEATH, IN THAT HUMAN HELL
ALL THAT WAS LEFT WAS DEATH
SO THEY HURLED THEMSELVES TOWARD THE BEAST
THE TREBLINKA REVOLT, ANOTHER DAY SOAKED IN BLOOD
INDESCRIBABLE HORROR.
STARVED AND RAGGED, THEY WADED INTO SLAUGHTER
DEATH-LIKE AND FILLED WITH HATE
EYES LIKE SPLINTERED GLASS, HEARTS OF FUCKING IRON
FROM THE MOUTH OF THE FURNACE
THEY MARCHED TOWARD DEATH
“They climbed into their tiered bunks, forcing their skeletal bodies to lie still on the bare boards, the weapons hidden in their filthy rags. Their eyes gleaming like splintered glass in the dark. Forty men waiting for morning.” -Dominic Elkins on the Treblinka revolt. By the next day 117 SS officers were dead. 1100 prisoners were murdered and 180 had escaped.

PSA: if there was an album you heard a couple years ago and thought it was ok, listen to it again and you might love it.
That's what happened to me with this album. I cannot fathom why it didn't stick with me back then. Same thing happened with Decoherence's Unitarity for that matter. Matten

Pretty much the best Black/Speed Metal I've listened to since I learned about Evil Invaders and Vulture. Everything you'd love to be reminded of about this musical era is there. The influences are what you'd expect too: Motörhead, Venom, Bathory, early Slayer, Celtic Frost; aggressive vocals, tortured guitar solos, pounding drums; everything is fast, clear and still a little grimy, but without reverb cranked up to the max. Amazing band, amazing album. Odiumediae
